1) The fee for the Regular Art Classes to be paid upfront, the art material for all levels are excluding the course fee. The fee is not refundable. If you know you will be away for a lesson, or multiple lessons, you must still pay for the entire time in order to secure your child’s place in the class. One makeup class per term to be used within the term.
2) If your child is sick, please do not send for the class until he/she is completely recovered. If Child get sick or any emergency arises, we will contact the guardian to pick up the child.
3) Participants may not publish or upload recordings (audio, videos or photos) of any activities at Charming Colours Art School for any publication or social media website without permission from Charming Colours Art School.
4) The fee for the Monthly Art Classes to be paid monthly which includes the art material for all levels in the course fee. The fee is not refundable. No makeup classes for monthly art classes.
5) One Week notice period is required from the parent to cancel the monthly subscription.
6) Once the registration is completed, parent cannot swap batches during the term unless agreed with Charming Colours Art School.
7) Parents are not allowed in the class, they can drop off the child at the batch timing and pickup at the end of the class.
8) Students remain in the premises during entire session and can only leave the premises when parent come to pick-up.
9) Parents should park their cars in the designated car parking spots only.
10) Charming Colours Art School reserves the right to refuse any enrolment as permitted by law or to request a participant to leave a course if they are disruptive or have not paid their fees.
11) Charming Colours Art School may take and use photographs or videos for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not want your child’s photos or videos to be taken, please write to us at [email protected]
12) Holiday Art Workshops fee is not refundable and cannot be rescheduled for later.
13) Art materials once purchased cannot be returned to get a refund.
14) Art materials to be picked up from the center as they will not be shipped to your address.
15) Charming Colours Art School reserves the right to reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances.
16) If you cancel a booking before the course has commenced and you have not given us at least 7 days notice you will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total course fee.
